The £595 managed service covers the process of establishing your family’s appropriate traditional route, consulting the relevant Hindu priest, coordinating the agreed rites and relevant family-register work, and providing your Completion Report.

Nothing is paid at the beginning. You tell us about your loved one and your family, we save everything as you go, and the price appears once you have reviewed your information — as the final step.

The agreed managed service is full and final: you pay Indian Archive once, with no separate normal priest, offering, ritual-material or India-side coordination bills afterwards.
The £595 service includes coordination of the appropriate traditional rites and the normal priest, dakshina and ritual-material arrangements required for the rites agreed as part of your case. Indian Archive does not transport ashes, and if your family has already completed the ashes immersion where you live we do not ask you to repeat it. Traditional registers remain in the custody of their hereditary custodians, who decide what may be recorded and what supporting material, if any, may be provided. We work on a best-efforts basis, report honestly on the outcome, and cannot guarantee a particular result.
What the price includes

- •Coordination and communication with the relevant people on your family's behalf
- •The fees of our researchers or local representatives where a visit or local assistance is required
- •Translation and communication reasonably required to coordinate the agreed work
- •Delivery of any supporting material the custodian permits, through your secure account
You pay Indian Archive once for the agreed work. There are no separate normal charges for the Hindu priest, traditional custodian, ritual materials, researchers, coordination or required communication. Supporting material is included where it is permitted and provided by the traditional record custodian.
Referral codes
If a funeral director, temple or community organisation has given you a referral code, you can enter it when you pay and any discount it carries will be applied.
